Meet Our Team

As Lady Mandalore, I’m the Zoro to Fury’s Luffy. That will be the only One Piece reference I will acknowledge! I’m a native New Yorker (YURRRRRRRRR) so I stay ready for combat. On August 15th, 2022 I saw the call/Bat signal that Fury was looking for another host for Blerd’s Eyeview. I took a shot, sent an email.  Fury had me at educate, entertain, and encourage others. That is why this chosen family is perfect for me. 

As the creator of Room Full of Blerds, my duty is to find new black creators and new Blerds and help them flourish (see: prepare them to dominate the world). We have talent out there that deserves to be nurtured and praised as easily as those that copy us. I love staff spinning and practicing tricks with my lightsabers (shout out to my teacher, Michelle C. Smith)! I also entered the world of voice acting in 2017. It has been so much fun and challenging but it’s easier with the hams on my team. 

My introduction to all things geeky was Voltron. Somebody plopped me down in front of a TV and it was a wrap from there. I love most things Sci-Fi Star Wars (except the ones not to be named) and Star Trek. Some of my favorite CLASSIC animes are Samurai Champloo, Dragonball Z, and Inuyasha. (One Piece is a cult) As of 2023, my fav animes are Spy x Family, Demon Slayer, and Jujutsu Kaisen. I will ride or die for Marvel and (specifically) the Batman universe ONLY.  My most treasured pieces in my collection is a sign bottle of vodka by Giancarlo Esposito and my Penny Funko signed by Cree Summer.  Oh and I love a good fight….One Piece is a cult.
